From Hillary Burkholder, Senior Director of Community Engagement

We are grateful to Impact Oklahoma for making it possible to build three tiny homes on the Pivot campus by awarding us a $100K grant in 2018. Pivot provides wraparound programs to youth, many of whom are homeless. Pivot not only provides safe housing and basic needs, but also the tools to become a healthy, self-supporting adult. We believe in housing first, but not housing only and by providing individualized supports, these tiny homes become more than a house, they are a home, and most importantly humanity restored. Without the Impact community, we wouldn’t have the tiny homes and the sense of community they provide to transitional youth.
